We started Lake Street Industries in November of 2012 in a small 3 bay shop on Lake St. in the Spokane Valley. In November of 2016 we made the jump to our current location and expanded to a 14,000 square foot shop on Sprague Ave. Now we are able to easily accommodate 9 vehicles in bays with lots of extra space for welding projects. What a journey it has been! Lake Street Industries is a full service automotive repair facility offering a variety of services. We offer competitive prices along with a 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty on most services.Whether it's a general tune-up, brakes, electrical, suspension, or diagnostics, we can take care of you.
We also offer commercial fleet services as well. Over the years we've had the pleasure of servicing many local fleets in Spokane and continue to see more.
Our fabrication team is second to none. We've being installing flatbeds, dump hoists, custom racks and truck add-ons with fantastic turn around times for many years.

-$15 base rate for being at Lake Street Industries and ready to work.
-$ D.O.E. Flat rate bonus for each billable hour.
-We try to avoid overtime so we can have a life after work, but if needed, it is time and half times base/billable combined.

This story is a perfect example of one of the ways that LSI gives back to the community. We partnered with the guys from MTFU and Advance Auto parts on this one. When we were first approached with this story of this young man there was no way we could say no.
Aziz is an amazing young man who as already seen a lot. With him and his family having been through so much it is very amazing to see him grow into an amazing young leader. Leading by example and starting his days at 0500 and ending at 2200 it was obvious of his need. It is characteristics like this that LSI was founded on and we see a lot of the same values in Aziz. This young man has a bright future.
We were able to bring his Camry back to life and get it on a current maintenance schedule schedule. When it came in there where a whole host of issues. Mainly for transmission service Spokane, engine tune-up Spokane Valley, and cv axles Spokane. Then it was taking care of the small issues like switches, windows, and other controls.
When you look back to the story "The Long Walk" it is Aziz that personifies this story.
