I have taken my Sienna to Lake Street Industries twice now and both times have been highly pleased. The first was to have my brakes replaced, the second for a funny noise (which turned out to be an e-brake repair). They are easy to schedule with, quick to do the work, have great prices, and when I had my two kids with me, offered to let me use a vehicle to get around while my van was being worked on. It was comforting to know my vehicle was being taken care of, and they were willing to take care of my family and me at the same time. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Lake Street Industries.

I want to thank Alex and Matt for being so accommodating with my situation. As a single mother its not always easy putting money together to get my 2017 BMW fixed. When it rains it pours! I was driving to the store and then absolute tragedy struck. I drove over a curb to avoid and aggressive panhandler. He then came up to my window trying to see if I was OK then repeatedly attempting to get my phone number so he could "Take a little lass out like me and show me a swell time". It was a nightmare. I called the police, however the crazed lunatic started skipping away sing a New Kids on The Block song. And that he was "Sean P the one ya wanna be". He was a drunken lunatic. Thank GOD FOR Matt...HE PERSONALLY came, made sure I was ok and towed me to the Shop... By the end of the day She was all fixed up! Thank you guys so much... I hope I never have a run in again with the drunken change beggar "Sean P"

This company is an honest and fast brake repair specialist. I brought my BMW in and in 1 hour they had switched out my brakes. They do outstanding work.
